Shortcut for online scheduling

I offer advanced bodywork sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in West Lake Hills/Austin, Texas, and on Thursdays in Wimberley. 

I specialize in two types of bodywork: Craniosacral Biodynamics and TMJ Relief. 

Craniosacral Biodynamics is gentle, nurturing type of bodywork that works from the inside out to relax your nervous system, improve your system’s ability to self-regulate, reduce or eliminate symptoms, and increase your overall health and well-being. It can help with many issues, from whole-body issues like anxiety or grief to specific body-part issues such as migraines and back pain. It can also speed recovery after surgery, injury, or overwhelm. Many of the benefits are cumulative.

I’ve been working with jaw issues since 2013. TMJ Relief sessions are based on a protocol that integrates several bodywork modalities to relieve most issues with the jaws. Sessions focus on relaxing your nervous system, relieving tension and pain, easing the jaw joints, reducing or eliminating clicking, increasing your ability to open wide enough for dental work, as well as addressing underlying habits and patterns that contribute to your jaw issues.

I’m now offering craniosacral therapy sessions on Thursday afternoons starting at 1 pm in Wimberley (35 miles from Austin).

The location is 101 FM 3237, Suite C, behind The Wimberley View building, near the intersection with RR 12.
